What a Pair
Team Hoyt is a father-son duo who have completed 1,108 athletic events together, as of April 2014. The father, Dick Hoyt, born on June 1, 1940, and the son, Rick Hoyt, born on January 10, 1962, have completed 72 marathons, 6 Ironman triathlons, and 32 Boston Marathon. Since Rick has cerebral palsy, his father runs while he sits in a wheelchair, swims while Rick is in a special boat, or carries him in a special seat attached to the front of the bike while cycling.
Each year, millions of kids around the world enthusiastically search for the 'perfect' gift for their fathers on Father's Day; and who wouldn't? Like a mother, a father's presence is vital and without whom much of this life wouldn't make sense. The things a mother can't explain, perform, or teach, is quickly taken care of by a father.

Firstly, take a look at the various cards we've provided below. And secondly, print the card(s) you like the most for your father. 10 Father's Day Card Sayings

Now that you have the card printed out, the next step is to find the perfect message for him. So, when you want to keep your message short and sweet, here are some suggestions that can come in handy.

1. Dad, you are someone I will always look up to regardless of how tall I get.

2. You've been my mentor, comforter, teacher, leader, and protector. Thanks for everything.

3. How will I ever be able to thank you for all the things you've done for me, and still do.

4. I love you, not only because you are my dad. But also because you understand.

5. Even though we don't sit everyday to chat, I want you to know that you mean the world to me. Thank you, Dad.

6. I won't say that 'You're the best dad in the world'. All I wish to say is that I couldn't have asked for a better one.

7. As a guide, as a friend, as a hero―you're the best stepfather a son can hope for.

8. Your life is an example for all of us. We, your children, hope to live our lives with your leadership and love. Love you, Dad!

9. For all that I am, I have you to thank for. The man I am today is all because of you. I'm proud to be your son.

10. First as a father, then as a father-in-law, and now as a grandpa, you have always showed us the right path to take with your wisdom and guidance. Happy Father's Day!

Besides these messages, you can choose to add a poem or a quote about fathers in the card. And finally, get him a wonderful gift, handmade or store-bought, that he'd enjoy a lot. Of course, it's tough to shop for men. Ask your mom for help, make this Father's Day the best one yet.
