Lance Armstrong Denies Rumors

It was reported last week that Armstrong had been seeing the Miss Congeniality star quietly for the past month or so. The rumor spread like wildfire after it was initially started. A couple of weeks ago a photo was taken showing the two looking chummy at a Men’s Journal party celebrating Armstrong’s new book "Every Second Counts." This picture sparked the rumors and there were even reports that Armstrong had given Bullock a bracelet that was inscribed with "You keep my heart racing."

Although Armstrong denies reports of a romance he does admit that they have had dinner together. "We have had dinner before, but it’s always been with big groups of people and totally innocent." He says the two are "just friends" and "there is nothing else to it." They actually live near one another in Austin, Texas. On the other side of the rumors, there have been reports that the one who has stolen Armstrong’s heart is singer Sheryl Crow. There have been reports that the cyclist and the songstress have been spending time together and that they are "smitten" with one another.

Armstrong recently split with his wife of five years. The couple has three children together. It has been reported that Armstrong’s infidelity led to the break-up of the marriage as well as the constant time spent apart. It was speculated that Armstrong became more involved in his celebrity than in his marriage, leaving Kristin to take care of three kids on her own. Whatever the case was behind the break-up of the marriage, he wasted no time moving on.
