Golf guru goes Internet!

Golfers around the world get mental training via e-mail and lower their scores
DANVILLE, Calif. -- Michael Anthony, mental trainer and author of "The Mental Keys to Improve Your Golf" is getting rave reviews from PGA pros, golf editors and dramatic results from golfers. When Michael launched his Web site www.mentalkeys.com last spring to market his mental training program in a book format, he had no idea how well it would be received by golfers.

Once the feedback from golfers started coming in, he knew he had a winner. "As an editor of a golf publication, I have to say that your Mental Keys book is one of the best self help I've ever come across. Great job!" wrote Paul Daly, Editor of GolfBoston.com.

Dana Bates, a LPGA Teaching Professional at the LaQuinta Country Club strongly endorses The Mental Keys, "First, we must put our students in the right frame of mind so they can swing the club. You bring it one step further to keep the golfer 'in the now' which is why this book is so valuable. Mental confidence wins tournaments and I plan to win my next event with your help and lots of practice!"

Besides "The Mental Keys" book, Michael has added a free weekly metal golf tip e-newsletter for visitors to his Web site www.mentalkeys.com to further enhance their understanding of his mental training program.

Now, as a special bonus for purchasing his book, Michael offers personal mental training consultations via e-mail to answer any questions you may have about improving your mental game. When asked why he offers so many valuable services over the Internet for free, Michael replied, "I love helping others improve. In the past, I helped elite athletes win Gold and Silver medals in the Olympics. It's nice to know that my mental training program works, even over the Internet, at all levels of golf."

Michael is mentoring John Miller, a very talented golfer from O Fallon, Mo., who is preparing to play and win on the PGA tour, via e-mail. "Your mental program is one that is truly unique," Miller says. "There are many things I found to be extremely helpful and enlightening. The things you talked about in your book hit home and made a ton of sense, much more so than anything I read by Rotella and other sport psychologists. You have been able to capture the underlying truth of controlling our thinking. This is where I have found others wanting."

The Mental Keys is a mental training program that explains how the mind processes information. It helps golfers by giving them an understanding how their negative emotions affect the brain's chemistry and play havoc with their performance. More importantly, it shows golfers how to change their emotional patterns and lower their score.
