New Sedan From Chinese Auto Manufacturer
Look at the United States auto industry. Look at the auto manufacturers and where they hail from. See, most of them are actually foreign auto makers who simply bring their wares and their products to the US auto market. But despite them being foreigners, many have been able to take great shares. Just take Toyota for example. This company is based in Japan but it has surging sales in the US market. On the other hand, the American car manufacturers seem to have a hard time keeping up. One very noteworthy example is the Ford Motor Company.
And just recently, news has spread in the industry that there is yet another car manufacturer that would soon be entering the US auto market scene. This new one is the Great Wall Motor Co. Ltd. which is a manufacturer and producer of sport utility vehicles as well as pickup trucks. However, for their new venture to a foreign market, the company would be sending out a sedan. This sedan is, in fact, the very first for the vehicle creator.
If this is the case, then auto manufacturers who have products in the US market better be on the alert for this one might also make waves just like the other Asian auto creators. The only industry that would be benefiting greatly would be those who produce parts and products like Volvo used parts for the market. You see, a new entrant to the market would mean that they would also be having a new line of auto parts to produce. They would to supply a range of accessories and replacement parts for the new Chinese sedan.
According to a senior executive from Great Wall, they would be sending out the compact car entrant soon enough – to be exact, on the first quarter of the following year. However, this would not be the last vehicle that the company would be offering the US market. In fact, it already has plans on sending out larger vehicle models in 2007.
The United States is not the first market that Great Wall is venturing into. It is already selling its vehicles to other countries like Africa, South America, Russia, and the Middle East.
