Kirsten Dunst has denied all reports of a reported affair with her Elizabethtown co-star Orlando Bloom. At the Venice Film Festival in Italy over the weekend, a reporter questioned her about her off-screen love life. Dunst said, "If you’re alluding to whether Orlando and I got together then that’s a no. No." She did say that the two became very close during the filming of the movie, but their friendship never became romantic. Dunst admitted that she could understand why many on-set love affairs occur. She said, "There are a lot of charismatic people in this industry and I can understand why people on location get together."

Last August it was rumored that after her split with longtime beau, Jake Gyllenhaal, she and Bloom had become close. So close that Bloom’s girlfriend, Kate Bosworth, was reportedly jealous of all the time Bloom and Dunst were spending together. At the time, a source said Bosworth was concerned because of Kirsten’s "sudden split" with Gyllenhaal and her "reputation for dating her co-stars." Bloom rubbished the reports by saying, "When you’re filming away from home you obviously have to spend a lot of time with your co-stars. Kate’s an actress so she knows that and she is cool with it."

Just five months later, Bloom called it quits with Bosworth citing their "upcoming work schedule." In March of this year, they reportedly decided to give their relationship another go. Despite reportedly dumping him because he was "boring" and a "homebody," Dunst has recently been linked to on-again-off-again boyfriend Gyllenhaal. Seriously, who can keep it all straight?
