Brigitte Nielsen’s Reality

The former Mrs. Sly Stallone and Red Sonja actress has enjoyed an on-camera romance with her Surreal Life co-star rapper Flavor Flav, but shortly after the VH1 series wrapped she got engaged to a 25-year old Italian bartender, Mattia Disse. Now she and Flav are set to star in their own reality series. Reportedly, Flav and Brigitte will criss-cross the country before arriving in Las Vegas. Brigitte says that upon arrival in Vegas Flav and Disse will "vie" for her affections. Nielsen said, "They’re both going to ask me to marry them, that’s what I think."

She also said, "We're starting the show on October 4, Mr. F. and myself. We're just going to be hanging out. He's going to pick me up in Italy. We're going to his mom's. Then we're off to Los Angeles for two days and then we go to Vegas." Nielsen, who is in the midst of a divorce from her latest husband, racecar driver Raoul Mayer, says her fiancé is comfortable with the new show. "He’s cool with it, " she said, "but he’s going to be watching us. I’m really in love with him, and I adore Flav. I don’t know how to explain it. I’m a wild person!"

Wild and crazy, perhaps? On Surreal 3 Brigitte spent most of her time in a drunken fog, alcohol-induced coma, or making out with Flav. Does a reality show starring Brigitte Nielsen and Flavor Flav sound like a ratings winner? Probably more like a train wreck. Since her brief marriage to Stallone in 1985 and her appearances in a number of movies including Rocky IV, Nielsen has desperately been trying and generally failing to jumpstart her acting career. Now she is enjoying her time in the reality spotlight. In addition to The Surreal Life and her unnamed show with Flav, she just wrapped an Italian version of The Mole. When is enough enough?!
