Have you ever noticed how much you can understand of your haemoglobin levels when you’re angry!
Truly it would never be possible for you to actually see the redness on your face had you not lost your temper. Like many things in life, it’s a lot easy said than done that one needs to control his/ her temper. But the fact remains that unless you truly want not to lose it, there’s little that you can really do about it. As a learning practitioner of Astrology, its easy for us to offer our advise and allow people to purchase moon stones, or pearls for a cooling one’s temperament, but there’s little that can be done, if you are really do not want to let go.

Why do we get angry
So what is it that makes you angry? Well most of the time sit is the understanding that you get from the environment. Its interesting that the conscious knows that getting angry is not such a great thing. It’s the sub conscience that keeps reminding one that the person did a particular thing and that he needs to be penalized. Ideally our minds were made by the Almighty to think of the most positive ideas and thoughts. A lot of research goes into manufacturing sedatives and hypertension and high blood pressure pills.

What’s also important while including certain medication in your daily routine, it’s equally important to understand the food you eat. For example, if you are already known for being short tempered, it is advisable that you have fish and iodine related products. What fish does is to induce large doses of iodine in your blood steam that makes you think almost ten times before you actually raise your bodily temperature. Prawns and other kinds of seafood, especially the ones that induce heat in your body should be avoided. You can have a variation in your diet depending on the atmospheric conditions.

A large part of the time, we fail to understand that we get angry only when provoked. It is not that we are intrinsically born in that fashion. Getting back to our genetic make up. Most of our genes, almost all of them are positively charged. An example to prove this is that whenever we are told not to do a particular task, we tend to first look into the aspect accomplishing it. For example, if I were to tell you not to think of a pink elephant, almost all of us would first imagine it in our brain. The logic is simple there are no genes in our body that understand "Do not". What they do understand is, "Do". SO if you are told not to do something, you tend to do that thing first. This is probably where the ignition of a raging ire occurs. And in the presence of a conducive environment, every other change in the environment will only aggravate the situation.

Suggested Solutions
Anger allows our blood to rush in more extensively than even in joy. The heartbeat can be increased to an amazing level, making one prone to a situation as a cardiac arrest. Its quite normal for ordinary people to live high stressed lives and my only advise to people reading would be in a situation where anger is inevitable, and so much so that only God could help you get you on track, knock of the first bout by gulping down water, in a slow paced manner. It may not be the best thing to do at the time, but it always helps. Some psychologists also advise these people to start counting, but then this may not be the most feasible thing to do in any situation. Sipping drops of water ensures two things really.

One is that you get your mind diverted into the drinking act, suddenly inducing a drop in the high levels of both your heartbeat and your blood circulation. Secondly it could also allows you to sip in more water as obviously in a fit of anger, you might have talked such a lot, that your mouth may have suddenly turned dry. Of course I would like to suggest these purely on the pretext of immediate solutions. And then there are long term solutions to it too, like adapting a less tress free life style, the addition of Yoga and planning your life in the manner best suited to your temperament. Many psychotherapists suggest talking it out to amongst partners, but like I mentioned earlier, if you can really give it a try, I am sure you can get rid of it completely too.

At certain times, we suggest astrological stones as their effects only enhance your efforts of getting rid of a short temperament. Of these the moonstone worn in the right finger for men and the left for women can be worn. The moonstone needs to be set in silver for the purpose. But ideally, I would like to reiterate that despite all the knowledge in the world that you may possess, if you don’t put it to proper use, then any amount of suggested solutions might not yield any difference. Try it out for yourselves and you’ll see what I mean!
