Abstinence

Abstaining from sex is a personal choice, following it through for longer periods is a mind set.
Learning from the past
Ideally, we grow to believe that learning is as important as rote learning. That for being the best orator, you need to be a great listener. Likewise, coaches tend to know more than the athletes themselves. So what are we getting at? That observing an act, it may be any act for this matter, makes you gain better knowledge of things rather getting involved in the act itself.

Some people in this world practice abstinence, so that they can perfect the art of love making. After all the permutations and combinations that you might have tried, after a while, like other things in life, it gets to you! So what do you do in such a situation? Well, abstain from it, give it a break. Ever heard that distance makes the hearts grow fonder. Giving it a break may add in that extra sensitivity from a woman’s point of view making her man realize her equilibrium. Like I said earlier, it’s all a question of your personal choice, whether you need to give it a longer or a shorter break is all up to your choice.

There have been many cultures who believes that the greyish frothy semen ejaculated through a man’s penis was not supposed to make maximum use of. Apparently it had divine powers, that healed. Obviously, it if was not dealt with frequently, it was possible that it allowed room for multiple orgasms for both men and women alike. It was also believed to be similar to the grey matter between our ears, hence required not to be spent indiscriminately.

Well known philosopher Hippocrates thought a bit differently. He believed that too many ejaculations sapped precious fluid inside the spinal cord, thus making this the "Spinal Fluid". Of course if you are hoping to start a family and have a low sperm count, it is advisable that you don’t and indulge more. You won’t get over sexed, only that you’ll probably increase your sperm count to a great extent. However too much of abstinence would also pose problems, in both men and women. Lets see how.

Effects of Abstinence
In women, which is quite obviously seen, lack of sex or absence of it, makes them jittery, irritable and prone to bouts of temper. They are the worst of colleagues, spreading negativity wherever they go. What may seem as a hormonal change in them, (something that they normally associate their mood swings with), thanks to a low dose of sexual activity, they fail to realize that such a situation can actually hamper their productivity as a whole. The grouched mood shows more wrinkles on the skin that becomes drained of the endorphins that sexual activity brings along.

The elasticity in the skin and the dullness in the overall personality, could lead to serious implications. Logically this would occur, as the excess energy goes waste and this form of energy, further brings about the imbalance of gases, releasing more toxins in the body’s system. It is no wonder that spinsters look a lot duller than their married counter-parts. Unless you choose a live-in relation ship or one that allows room for love-making, it is advisable that abstinence should not be stretched too far.

Sexually well fed women tend to look calm, serene and in touch with their senses and feelings, leaving a huge halo around them. They are better managers with better control of their senses that has been put to rest with the right kind of both, physical and mental control. With men too, since abstinence leaves the prostrate gland lazy and ill-drained, and his penis as the most suffocated organ totally deprived of oxygen. Luckily for guys, they masturbate and get rid of this situation through voluntary ejaculation.

But as we age, especially for men, there generally is a marked increase in the cholesterol levels clogging blood vessels with even lesser blood flow. This could also end up in erectile failure or impotency in some. So if you need to have a healthy life, have a little of everything, from good food, to good sleep and now to good sex, because you live just once, so just go there and enjoy!
