Copyright Control Services To Provide Anti-Piracy Operations For The International Olympic Committee & Sydney 2000 Olympic Games

(INTERNET WIRE) -- 09/11/00 -- Copyright Control Services (CCS), an internet
anti-piracy firm being acquired by Sunhawk.com (NASD: SNHK), announced today
that it has been selected by the International Olympic Committee to provide
Internet Anti-Piracy Operations for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. CCS is
working closely with its' partners in a joint venture company 'NetResult' to
identify and remove infringing video images of Olympic Events on the internet.

The Games' Web presence will be a tightly controlled one, because in addition
to being a unique, international event, the Olympics are also big business. The
IOC, which manages the event, has sold more than $1.3 billion of exclusive
TV-broadcasting rights to some 20 broadcasters around the globe, representing
about 40% of the Games' revenue.

"We have a set of contracts in place with our broadcasting partners and
must protect the rights we have sold to them," says IOC marketing director
Michael Payne, based in Lausanne, Switzerland. "If we don't protect these
rights, we would undermine the very financing of the Olympic movement."

The International Olympic Committee has banned almost all video of sporting
events at the Sydney Games from appearing on the Internet, thus backing the
wishes of the majority of its broadcasting customers. Statistics, video
interviews and athlete chat sessions are fine, but video of events is a no-no
for all but NBCOlympics.com -- and even that site will have to wait to post
video until a day after a given event.

'The task is significant and requires a high degree of co-ordination between
the four principal companies involved in this project' says Dave Powell, CEO of
CCS. 'We're honored that the IOC has placed such trust in CCS and NetResult ,
and we're obviously very gratified that our investment in NetResult is now
beginning to pay off'.

CCS, utilizing their outstanding internet tracking and tracing expertise, and
fast track relationships with over 3,000 Internet Service Providers worldwide
will provide the rapid shutdown of infringing sites.

Those who infringe on the ban will be notified in any of a variety of ways --
through e-mail, a phone call or in writing. It depends on the level of
infringement. Continuing offenders may have their press credentials pulled in
Sydney, or may be shut down by CCS in conjunction with the site's
Internet-service provider.

CCS & NetResult have already started working on the 2,000 or so sites
already identified as potentially infringing. 'We'll have teams at work
throughout the 24 hour period, seven days a week from the start of the Games on
September 15th' says Dave Powell.

Paul Bandrowski, a Digital Rights Management veteran who is slated to become
Vice Chairman of Sunhawk upon completion of the CCS acquisition, noted "The
IOC's choice of NetResult and CCS to provide these services highlights the
growing importance of managing digital assets in today's environment. By
securing this mandate, Sunhawk and CCS have further cemented their leading
position in the ongoing management of digital assets."

CCS is a developer and service provider of technologies and strategies to
dramatically reduce copyright theft of Software and other Intellectual Property
- with particular focus on the Internet and on an industry by industry basis.
CCS provides results-driven and proven Internet Anti-Piracy services throughout
the world.

To date, CCS has removed over $500,000,000 of illegal software from the
Internet. CCS is being acquired by Sunhawk.com (NASD: SNHK), a leader in the
Digital Rights Management field. The acquisition is expected to close this
month.
