Yes to UN SC Reform, No to Islamic Terror and France!

In a series of earlier articles in Buzzle, noticing that our world has changed a lot since the WW II days, when the UN has come to existence, we advocated several reforms for the international body in terms of state representativity, people representativity, global consensus around the US-led fight against the Islamic Terror, democratic progress, and functionality.

We first perceived the need to outmaneuver the French machinery of making the UN SC an embryo of a long desired and absolutely dangerous multi-polar world. In the first article that was markedly entitled ‘Avoid the French Trap in Reforming the UN. Part I Yes to Veto Right for India, Japan, Germany, and Italy’ ( http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/12-8-2004-62673.asp), we accepted the principle and the reasons to enlarge the Security Council membership so that the international body be more representative that it actually is, but we suggested for a first enlargement a group of four countries in terms of democratic society, socio-economic progress, educational and cultural advance, technological achievements, commitment to the international community, and Islamic Terror sensitivity. What would outmaneuver the French anti-American plot better than a promotion of Italy to the international stance level of France?

America, playing the same game with France, could truly drive the Paris plot to total failure, while gaining international esteem as a superpower that does not opt for unilateralism. If the US and the UK are confronted in the UN SC with the tripartite majority (France – Russia – China) of consent if not coverage of the nuclear empowerment of Iran, the situation will be very different among nine veto powers in the SC where Germany will probably stand by France but Japan, India and Italy will support the US/UK front. This situation would rather offer America an unexpected gift, namely UN SC majority, which of course does not minimize the significance of a veto (which is already known) but creates another atmosphere of moral acceptance and multiple supports.

In a second article (‘A Chance for Global Future: Reforming the UN. Part II Yes to Veto Right for the 13 Leading Countries in the World’ / http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/12-24-2004-63414.asp), we went on reinforcing the approach and advocating the same privileges for Mexico and Brazil, as two countries – representatives of two worlds, the Hispanophone and the Lusophone, that are expanding in terms of socio-economic, technological and educational progress, while adopting democratic and pluralistic political principles. By calling the UN as ‘the Epitome of the Final Victory of Democracy and Humanism’ at the global level, we heralded the contents of the next two articles that called for Turkey and South Africa as UN SC permanent members (‘Turkey for UN SC Permanent Membership’ /
http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/12-24-2004-63421.asp and ‘UN Reform to Diffuse Democracy in Africa. Part IV/UN Veto Right for South Africa, not Nigeria or Egypt!’ / http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/12-27-2004-63472.asp). We have reasons to believe that Turkey in particular would be the ultimate guarantee of total failure of any French sponsored proposal in the context of the UN SC, and with South Africa onboard the US/UK front will have enlarged and updated the UN SC, leading at the same time the French machinery to a most comprehensive fiasco.

We insisted that the international body would still feel the imbalance of archaic and undemocratic states against various oppressed peoples, who do not have top access to the international body, because they are not free. From Tibet and Eastern Turkestan in China to the Oromos of Abyssinia, the Aramaeans of Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran, and further on to the Atlas mountains majority of the NW Africa’s Berbers, the list of peoples and nations that have not reached the privilege of self-determination is long. To further support democratization and humanism, we suggested the institutionalization of a Tribune of the Oppressed Peoples (‘UN SC Reform to Promote Democracy, Human Rights, and Freedom. Part V / The Tribune of Oppressed Peoples: Permanent Observer by the UN SC’ / http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/1-3-2005-63698.asp) and gave it the status of UN SC observer in order to openly frustrate countries known for little respect for Human Rights and Minorities that happen to hold a permanent seat in the UN SC. If America truly wants to support the Dalai Lama’s return to Lhasa, then our suggestion, the institutionalization of a Tribune of the Oppressed Peoples would bring the Illustrious Tibetan face to face with the Chinese President at the world’s top instance.

We also advocated the same status (UN SC Permanent Observer) for a pluralistic and democratic state known for its commitment to Science, Education, Knowledge and Progress that – quite strangely – felt quasi-permanently threatened by UN decisions biased against it (‘UN Reform as Fight against Terrorism. Part VI/Israel as Permanent Observer by the Security Council’ / http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/1-13-2005-64215.asp). We believe the recent bold withdrawal of Israel from Gaza entitles the small democratic state that is surrounded by an ocean of analphabetism, totalitarianism, fanaticism and extremism justifies and corroborates our approach to and support for this promotion.

UN SC Reform’s Target: Outmaneuvering the French sponsored Islamic Terror

What would be the main target of this change, and how this transformation of the UN SC would help America in its fight against the Islamic Terror? With the French lobbying for months within the African Union and the Arab League to gain side support for Nigeria and Egypt, and with the open support of France to the G4 (Germany, Japan, India and Brazil), it becomes clear that the Quai d’ Orsay intends to pursue a severe anti-Italian policy, while at the same time keeping its anti-Turkish standards higher than ever.

The French sponsorship of the Islamic Terror is nothing new, and yet nothing ostentatious. It started more than 200 years ago, when Napoleon diffused chaos in Egypt, detaching this province from the Ottoman Empire in order to use it again the Sublime Porte. French support for the most backward and obscurantist versions of Islam, namely the then nascent Wahhabism, was notorious throughout the 19th century.

The French colonialism expanded in parallel with the diffusion of a bogus historical dogma that tried to dehumanize, de-personify, and vulgarize all the various local peoples of the Ottoman provinces from Algeria to Oman and from Iraq to Somalia by abnormally and criminally absorbing them into a new, bogus-nation, named ‘Arab’. There have been various reactions to this effort, but they were discredited as backward and obscurantist, whereas these reactions had nothing in common with the truly backward and obscurantist Wahhabists. No culture, no language and no common history linked all these peoples of different backgrounds – Khammitic Berbers, Kushitic Sudanese, Nilo-Saharan Nubians, Egyptian Copts, Aramaeans of the Asiatic Middle East, and Yemenites of the peninsula – who became the target of the colonial – industrial homogenization that would serve the French and British exploitation of the various local resources.

With the 1920s colonial Mandate, the bogus-ideology that until then was a matter of French ateliers of fake history and murderous antihuman alienation started being locally diffused, with the first nationalists deleting the largest parts of Middle History and disfiguring hideously the unfortunate masses that had access to the local ‘public education’. The first tyrants were ready by the middle of the 20th century. The more recent parts of the nefarious scenario are known to everybody, but what remains carefully hidden is the more terrible plan of the Colonial French plan: the advanced perversion of the Paris and London supported obscurantist Wahhabists once they were exposed to the diffusion of the Pan-Arabism. In other words, although Pan-Arabism is a pure Western construction that, as any nationalist ideology, has nothing in common with authentic Islam, it influenced the local currents of Islamists and neo-Wahhabists, pushing to more alienated, un-Islamic and antihuman positions. This gave birth to the local bogus-sheikhs of hatred, darkness and suicide attacks.

Victory over the Islamic Terror anticipates the Demolition of the Criminal Arab League, the most totalitarian and obscurantist concoction of dysfunctional bogus-states and murderous dictators, analphabetic and idiotic ‘leaders’, tyrannized minorities, as well as defaced and dehumanized barbarized masses. One by one the member states of this realm of hell must be tackled in the way practiced in Iraq; and the sooner the better! More time is given to them, more Ossama bin Ladens will come to surface, and money will be transferred from surplus oil income to unknown accounts that will facilitate the nuclear purchases these criminals dream of.

The French plan is to promote two totalitarian countries with the UN SC and create an inferno in order to prevent America from world domination. Two centuries of a failed dream of Empire seems to be too much for the French. Totally impotent to master their passion for totalitarian and disfiguring dominance over the rest of the world – whom they are sick enough to dare believe that they can teach the ‘French’ way –, and absolutely unable to accept the reality that the sun has set forever over the Louvre et les Elysees, the French try to promote within the UN SC countries with ridiculous bogus-election results similar to those of Ceausescu’s Romania, and with diachronic records of abstention.

Passionate to create a bogus face-to-face between Islam and the West, Paris hopes to engulf America in this, and reduce it to second-class power. The only way to let the French nightmare be buried forever is to exclude further totalitarian states from the UN SC, to dismantle the disreputable Arab League, and to act fast in imposing throughout the Muslim World the changes Mustafa Kemal Ataturk initiated in Turkey 80 years ago. This is the only way. And for countries with Arabic speaking majority, the prohibition of child labour goes along with the generalization of courses of Berberic, Coptic and Aramaic (according to the case) throughout the primary and the secondary education.
