Galaxy is calling out to webmasters worldwide to submit their Web sites for judgment by the company's leading Internet librarians.AUSTIN, TX -- (INTERNET WIRE) -- 08/21/00 -- Galaxy, a

Group (FOX) and AHN Holdings, LLC, is calling out to webmasters worldwide to
submit their Web sites for judgment by the company's leading Internet
librarians. Sites selected as a Top-Ten in one of 30 Internet categories will be
promoted via an upcoming media campaign and featured in an awards ceremony at
Internet World 2000.
Each Web site will be judged within a targeted industry

"We are offering an excellent opportunity for
webmasters of any size company or enterprise to submit their site and be
recognized for providing valuable information to Internet users," said
Galaxy's chief executive officer, J. Tod Fetherling. "By highlighting
exceptional sites in many different categories, we are helping advance our core
philosophy of providing targeted information to Internet users through our
targeted directories."
Webmasters can enter the competition by logging onto
www.galaxy.com and clicking on the submissions" icon at the top right of
the home page. Following review by Galaxy.com's Internet librarians, the
selected Top-Ten winners will be promoted during Galaxy's upcoming
national media outreach program. The top Web site in each category, as voted by
Galaxy visitors, will be announced at the Fall Internet World trade show on October 26, 2000.
Galaxy's Internet librarians, a highly experienced set of
search specialists, will judge submissions on characteristics that when
combined, create educational, entertaining, fun and/or user-friendly sites.
Judgment criteria include thoroughness and frequency of maintenance, uniqueness
of content, quality of substance, organization, speed to load, richness of
interactive content, quality of graphics and navigation ability.
