Here I am
By myself
All alone with no one else
I sit in the dark
with the candle
watching it bleed and watching it burn
slowly until it dims away
Remembering how many times I sat here crying
all the times I sat here dying
Staring into the candle flame
I look at your photo
as tears stream down my face
I look in the draw
take the object
place it to my wrist
with one quick press
I’m bleeding to death
When you burst in and call my name
and to hear nothing back
you burst into my room
to watch my pain and watch me die
Your tears are falling
slowly smoke arises
the flame quickly fades
Goodbye forever...
