Peter, Peter Pumpkin Man

The name of this poem is about the emotional abuse and why these men are called this. And no one should endure this have the courage to change your own life, I did.
There was a cowardly man for whom he preyed on the sole of a loving heart of the woman who only wanted to share her unconditional love

As the sun goes down and the people of the world step back inside their lives and secrets are hidden for no one can see the faces of the soles that are beaten until they bleed from the pain deep within

For reason unknown he has become a very cruel selfish man who has no remorse for the words he uses to kill your soul from his heart and out his mouth he is without mortify and no disgrace

Peter, Peter Pumpkin man choosing the victim for whom is his wife a precious life, his purpose to cause death to her soul without no regret

Her emotions of the heart caught in the struggle between forgiveness and the right and wrong on a seemingly one way street with no end in sight

Hate is his strong passion that consumes the heart of a man who finds pleasure just like a thief in the night for his only purpose to steal your sole and take your life

She lets no one hear the cries that come in the night, for shame of a curse she feels brought upon herself for the compelling words never seem to go away they play over and over

Killing words they use to shoot you down over & over until the life you breath is taken from you and now your life is just an empty shell, a heart is broken by the words he uses for they are engraved upon your soul

Shameful trying to cover her pain, bruised from the inside out from the words spoken, as she steps outside her pain to live among the world wondering if they see the pain that lives behind the brick wall she built to hide her shame

Only beaten down, but not broken she stands strong against the Peter, Peter Pumpkin man to rise above a shallow empty man, for he is trapped within his own life of being a Peter, Peter, Pumpkin man

Their lives have come full circle for she has taken away his power as to leave him and empty man, fighting back against the man never again to live that life for he nearly took away the life she breathed within

Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me for Peter, Peter Pumpkin man his game never to be played out again for her life is starting over and without him

She left him broken as he lives within his own pain as he hides behind his cowardliness for the world shall know the face of the Peter, Peter Pumpkin man for he will never creep upon another soul for there is justice for those who choose to take away the power of the Peter, Peter Pumpkin man
