Who Am I To You?

Do you know? Written for those who haven't said good-bye after all this time.
I'm not your wife,
Not even your lover.
We've never met
And you don't love me
Don't even lust me.

So who am I to you,
If I'm none of these?

I'm not a neighbor,
We don't work together,
We don't even live
in the same state.

So who am I to you,
If I'm none of these?

I AM your internet friend,
The one you laughed with,
Chatted with,
Shared with,
All these years.....

Thank you for standing by me
through it all.
