Screaming is the best stress buster at work!

The study, conducted on a volunteer group of 1,000 people, had found that heat waves and travel delays had added to the stress of employees trying to get to work on time.
50 percent of those questioned admitted that travelling to work was a major cause of stress. However, for most employees, working long hours in the office was what was causing them to be increasingly bad tempered, reports The Scotsman.
The researchers found that letting out a loud scream is pretty effective when it come to blowing of a little steam, for it helps to calm people down.
However, though effective, most workers don’t go in for the ‘scream therapy’, for they are too inhibited to do so.
