Nicky Hilton Weds

After an eighteen-month courtship, Hilton, 20, and "money manager" Meister, 33 said "I Do" at Las Vegas’ Wedding Chapel at 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning. They were surrounded by a bevy of famous friends including the other Hilton sister, Paris. Nicky and Paris Hilton were in Vegas for a celebrity poker tournament sponsored by Stuff magazine at the Palms Casino Resort. Hilton and Meister were spotted partying Saturday night with Paris, Tara Reid, ‘N Sync’s Lance Bass, Bijou Phillips, Nicole Richie, and brothers Danny and Chris Masterson. All of whom were invited to the unplanned nuptials. No word yet on whether or not Meister signed a pre-nuptial agreement.

Nicky seems to prefer a tamer way of gaining time in the spotlight compared to her more flashy and flamboyant sister, Paris. Paris has made a name for herself with the release of her own amateur porn video starring ex-David Salomon and by her sometimes physical relationship with ex-boy bander Nick Carter. Carter has been accused recently of manhandling the heiress, leaving tell-tale signs of bruising on her arms and a busted lip.

Nicky, on the other hand, has chosen to remain out of the spotlight until her impromptu wedding to Meister. So far Hilton and Meister have fared better than popster Britney Spears did with her Vegas wedding. Hilton’s rep, Elliot Mintz, said of Hilton and Meister, "This is a real, meaningful, loving relationship." Oh! That’s the difference?! Well, they beat the 55-hour mark so maybe they do have a fighting chance to make this marriage work.
