On Monday August 14th 2006 in the Heralded USA TODAY on page 8A in a Section entitled ACROSS THE USA: News from every state, I scan down to my native state of Georgia and it reads...

"Georgia:Athens-A man sentenced to six consecutive life sentences in 2000 for rapes is asking for another trial. Poneil Carruth, 51, filed a motion contending the judge influenced jurors by telling them to pay attention during testimony. Jurors found Caruth Guilty of raping four women in 1996."

Read the above again and again until you are filled with anger!

Is it not a Travesty, when a "Jury of Peers" paying attention to the Facts in a Case is considered a Suitable Reason for a retrial, when Guilt is the Verdict?

This is a Precedent that must be OVERTURNED, AMERICA!

Whether you like it or not, GUILT HAPPENS! There is a LOSER, when Fact is the Arbiter in a case of an Evil Act! Get used to it! There are Evil People in the world with a myriad of motivations, and when their acts intrude upon civilized lives their acts will be deemed as PUNISHABLE!

End of "Offensive Hostilities"....

Hezbollah may just blow their own structures up and blame Israel for the aggression with the help of the Media... Regardless, with the Israeli pull out will come small arms skirmishes and the attempted overthrow or at least the jeering of PM Olmert by the Knesset for his inability to understand the role of Prime Minister, his inability to call an Emergency Cabinet to defeat the UN calls for Restraint, his ineffectiveness as PM because he never served in the armed forces of Israel, as well as many sensational reports by the News Media as they witness the fragile peace and the return of the Human Shields and the first wave of Hezbollah "Reinforcements" But, how can we really know? Our Media is constantly asking the wrong questions and playing into the hands of the Propaganda Machine of the Nasrallah and Al-Jazeera camp of half-truth and selective reporting.

The Iranian Ayatollah is looking for any excuse to declare "Defensive Jihad" in the Zionist Question. And unknowingly and Crusading(ly) our Media will help them.

Before today have you ever heard the term "Defensive Jihad"?

A Defensive Jihad is the Answer to the Zionist Question for the Iranian Muslims, using and manipulating the system to gain the Moral Highground in the cause of Defense. Nasrallah must keep his arms to protect the people against Israeli Savagery - this is the first line of reasoning. Any Overt Offensive Act of War by Israel, even if it is in Self-defense over a Katyusha or Kidnapping or any other Hezbollah threat will be considered as "Offensive" and will serve as the Call to Arms for all of Iranian dominated Islam and they will "Light up Israel", who will then act in her own Self-Defense on multiple fronts. This is the inevitability (in all probability) on the 22nd of August.

A Total Defensive War is an absolute Conundrum. It has never been considered - it is an original idea - an anomaly - from which unknown creations spring. No contingency plans exist in any military strategy for such an unchainable beast (Except One)...so let us pray and consider that our enemy will be people who are chained by Dictators that have never allowed them their Freedoms; let us consider that we are going to be party to a massive slaughter of deluded souls unless we are given the Right to receive factual information which allows the American Peoples in a Unanimous Mandate to Damn and Behead the Dictators.

In order to consider our Enemy, Every US Citizen needs to read the book "Resistance, Rebellion & Death" by Camus... His first four letters are those of a man that took 3 years to come to grips with his anger (after France was overrun by Germany's Nazi Regime of Hate). His conclusion was that his Conflict with Hitler's Nazis was Justified, because Peace was His aim in battle...and Death was his enemy's aim. Camus' Last two letters are pure beauty. Arise America! Arise! Recognize what we are facing. Don't repeat the Failure of the French and Camus in the face of Hitler.

The TV Media Failed and needs to Apologize.

Apologize to the public, Media! You did not do your job; you chased ratings at our expense! I charge you with Thievery, Greed, and Malice in that quest! You have stolen our right to Judge Facts! Your Greed leads you to Poll out of Spite! You have shown nothing but Malice for the America that has given you Freedom! I charge you! I pronounce a judgment of Guilty; and the following text is my justification for such a pronouncement...however, it also allows you a way out...for I know you are held hostage.

Now, when does the cessation of "Offensive Hostilities" actually start?

The Media warned all weekend that the end of the fighting according to the UN Chapter 6 Resolution was supposed to be at 12am (EDT) on the Morning of the14th...

12am (EDT) is 5pm on the 13th (EST).

5pm (EST) came and suddenly the cease-fire was supposed to go into effect at 7am (EDT) or 12am (EST) on the morning of the 14th.

12am grew near and suddenly the hostilities were to end at 8am (EDT) or 1am (EST). Then the Cease-Fire was official but suddenly the "full end of hostilities" became 11am (EDT) or 4am (EST).

It needs to be noted for History's sake that Israel Ordered all of the Troops to "Stand Down Hostilities unless fired upon" at 8am (EDT). This is an elemental fact. It needs to be understood by all Americans...as a Fact!

This dragging in of timely info is the ultimate in cliffhanger reporting. It allows people to make judgments based on false information. It fosters alarmist concerns. The 3 hour window allows multiple conceptual windows from which to view the end of the Hostilities.

The Media needs to get its act together and report actual facts in an accurate and timely manner. For in this day, Facts and Definitions are few, Opinions are many and more often than not based on False Information due to reporting such as this, which can most easily and accurately be described as Conjecture...which ultimately leads to mass confusion and ZERO communication.

This day of reporting was a Clear and Glaring example of the Media's desire to string the public along and give it just enough information not to make informed judgments or is a natural result of the 24 Hour News Station without a Mandate to Report only Fact. At the same time, the placing of a 3 hour window of full hostility "gearing down" was a UN decision by Annan that was not made clear to the public or was Written within the actual text of the document, of which the public was not made aware. No one was given the chance to ask, "Why do the combatants need 3 hours of gearing down?" You deprived the American people of the right to Ask THAT question, MEDIA! You allowed the last 3 hours of Death!

Three "Probable" problems show themselves prominently when this type of reporting is conducted.

(1) The Media did not read the Chapter 6 Resolution in which to give its audience bullet points of fact and agreed Timeline to assess the situation: Or The Media has purposely Omitted fact in the name of Sensationalism or Alarmism. Now, which is it, MEDIA?

(2) The UN placing a Window of 3 Hours to "Calm Down the Combatants" is a demonstration of its own understanding that it has no ability to act in a timely manner.to Enforce the Disarmament of a Hostile Terrorist organization and is floundering in Bureaucratic paperwork and Orders upon Orders that display its inefficiency Patently to the World that is about to go to war do to ITS FAILING.

(3) There are so many ramifications in the business community that could result from full escalations in the land of Oil, that the Government or a Peace-Loving Media Censored the information, purposely, to maintain calm in a time when its people should be given all the facts in order to unite in a common understanding against a rising and common threat. We all know that Iran Controls OPEC, so why not Report on how OPEC is not a Cartel and let the people decide and make a business community decision? We all know that Iran has said the Answer will be on the 22nd, so why are we focusing on Rice's 8/31/06 Sanction? Don't we know that Iran will just sell off its supply to a hungry China at a Discount? Why not report that? Why not Report the corruption and the millions that will be made under the table by All parties involved if this thing escalates? We have no Censors! We have only Selective Questioning and Omission! I Charge the Media with asking the WRONG Questions 9 out of 10 times and spreading a skewed view to the uninformed public that gets narrower and narrower until they are forced to deal with another aspect. Then and only then will they pivot and deal with what it would rather wish away!

No reasons can be given for these failures.

There are no excuses.

These are Pronounced Failings. The TV Media Needs to learn that the Press is only Free because and if its audience, the People of the United States are (always) allowed the Right to use Reason based on undeniable proof of FACT. This allows the measured Response to a threat, and a measured line of questioning to defeat a threat before it hits us in the pocket book or on the battlefield - rather than fostering the failing of all other civilizations that have come before us, which only allowed its Citizens half-truths upon which Reaction would be by its very nature in origin, divided, half-measured, impassioned and doomed to impotence...

Now, I put it to you, America...The Koran is defined as Warnings in English, because English is not Arabic and to translate it into any other language is considered Blasphemy! I Know I know, some will say it means "To Recite", but since 80% of the book is God's "supposed" Word through the "SUPPOSED PROPHET" of Muhammad, and since the entire culture is poised toward HATE and DIVISION because of the Table Sura to NEVER BEFRIEND A CHRISTIAN OR JEW, then I say in Arabic and Arabic alone is this book a "Recitation" to Muslims and in English it is a "WARNING" to all others that explicitly states that the choices for non believers, for the Infidels damned by ALLAH to the Eternal Fire of Hell, is to Convert, Pay Alms, or Die...

You cannot Magically Wish away the FACT that the Koran are 114 Suras of Warnings of a Pirate Raider of the desert, named Muhammad, who will kill you, kidnap you and hold you ransom, who will force you to pay Alms if he decides to let you live, and who will Kill you if you are not a Muslim and will feel no regret, no human emotion, but rather will feel justified as though he is doing God's Will.

This supposed "Holy KORAN" is a book of Madness and Piracy and Insanity! Why are you Omitting this FACT, Media? Is it C.A.I.R.? Is it Norquist? Is it Mahdi Bray? Why so Silent? Why So Secretive? Does the Media not Spin?

Our current Media system has no Oath of Conduct...has no Oath of Fact Reporting...has no Oath to hold up FACTS as the Elemental Building Blocks and Ultimate Source of Reason, Truth, Representative Votes, Law, Civilization, and Judgment...has no Oath to hold their Position as a Council of Witnesses which can drive the Judgment of each Person...has no Oath to support Fact, Reason, and Truth...has no Oath to Support an Educated Population that Elect Leaders through the Vote that can enact Right Law...has no Oath to utilize the Freedom of the Press for the cause of Freedom...

The current Media is based on one thing and one thing alone - The Freedom to SPIN at will with the Soundbites They choose, with the Pictures and Video they Host, with the Questions They ask, With the questions They Don't Ask, with the slant of Their polls, with the choice of Their sources, interviews, commentaries, opinions and ultimately...with the final weapon of the Hard Break for Commercials to cut off the voice of anyone They are not prepared to debate or allow the People to Hear.

Now, how can I compare the Media to Allah?

I say the Media is in League with Islam or Held Hostage by Islam!

When did Hezbollah become Guerillas?

At 10:11 on 8/14/06 Robert Novac came onto Fox news and stated that Israel could not defeat the well trained Hezbollah "Guerillas" and said Americans have a view of Terrorists as Trenchcoat Bombers, when they should realize that they are well funded and well-organized and highly technologically proficient.

At 10:15am the AP writer Kathy Gannon, in a piece called "6 Guerillas killed after Cease-Fire", stated that Civilians were defying the unlifted Travel Ban and were moving back into their Southern Lebanon homes. Her statement on their bravery was, "For the first time in a month, no Hezbollah rockets were fired into northern Israel; still, the Israeli government advised residents who left the area to wait before returning home." This statement implies that Israel is still hostile to civilians even though Olmert ordered his troops to only act in "self-defense".

She notes that Olmert took full responsibility for the Military Actions and claimed the removal of a state within a state (Hezbollah from Lebanon) was achieved by the UN Chapter 6 Cease-fire Resolution and then offered his condolences to the families of the victims of the war.

She moves on to note that Lebanon, Israel & UN officials met on the Israeli Lebanon Border to assess the withdrawal of Israeli forces and the deployment of the Lebanese Army into the Southern region of Lebanon.

She notes that the Cease-fire is holding but that 15 civilians were wounded when an ordinance detonated amidst their return to their homes in the devastated area.

Kathy states that Israeli forces are staying put until the 2,000 UN forces are "boosted" by the 15,000 International forces...and then the statement is made..., "Israel also would maintain its air and sea blockade of Lebanon to prevent arms from reaching Hezbollah guerrillas, Israeli army officials said."

When did they become guerillas again? I thought they were Militant Islamic Extremist Terrorists that caused this Conflict by raiding... Even though Kathy calls them "Guerillas", she goes on to state that Nasrallah then papered Southern Lebanon with leaflets in a telling bit ofVictorious PROPAGANDA, "Hezbollah distributed leaflets congratulating Lebanon on its "big victory" and thanking citizens for their patience during the fighting, which began July 12 when guerrillas killed three Israeli soldiers and captured two others in a cross-border raid."
Now, the main question that should be asked is... Were 3 or were 8 Israeli soldiers killed in the Terrorist raids that day?

CNNs on-line war Timeline, while calling these Hezbollah combatant pirate raiders "guerrillas" states that on 7-12-06, "Hezbollah fires a pair of rockets into northern Israel from southern Lebanon, and guerrillas capture two Israeli soldiers during an attack along the Lebanese border between the Israeli towns of Zar'it and Shtula. Eight Israeli soldiers also die in fighting that day. In response, Israeli ground, air and naval forces attack at least eight Hezbollah bases and five bridges in southern Lebanon."

Which is it, media? Did 5 or 8 die in the ensuing Israeli retaliation? Were a total of 8 or 11 or 13 Israeli soldiers killed on 7/12/06? Our Media seems to fall into the same wording of Confusion and Misdirection.

Now, in the Propaganda War, Hezbollah seems to have dismissed its own Katyusha Missile strikes and lessened its actual Terrorist Crimes of MURDER & HOSTAGE TAKING. It has also dismissed the fighting of the first day AND THE FACT that the soldiers who were kidnapped have not been returned home safely to this day. Why would they do this if not to bolster its position that the Israeli retaliation was so disproportional as to be Terroristic (to Lebanon's civilian people and to World-wide Palestinian sympathizers)? Why would CNN be so unclear at the same time? Do they want to leave the American people in a state of gray confusion in a time of black and white? Or is the Media being held Hostage by PIRATES?

Regardless, Hezbollah Militant fighters are not "Guerillas". They might use guerilla tactics, but the Hezbollah Guerilla Militia that attempted over 4,000 counts of Mass-Murder are TERRORISTS and the United States Government has Declared War on TERRORISM; they are Felons and the United States Government doesn't allow Felons to own Firearms.

Is it Ok, then, if everyone goes around and attempts Mass-Murder? Is this not a Recipe and PRECEDENT for Disaster?

Apparently, The USA Today Article was accurate...perhaps Paying Attention to the Guilty Facts of Criminality is just a Reason for a Re-Trial and eventual Vindication and Justification through Propaganda and Denial of Reason...

My Personal Judgment is simple: THE MEDIA NEEDS TO TAKE AN OATH TO REVERE FACT TO GUARANTEE ITS PROTECTION FROM PIRACY AND TO GUARANTEE BOTH MY & YOUR FREEDOM!
