Escaping fear...so it won't control you!
Ever had your fears overtake you? Here's what I did...
Are you afraid?
Lot’s of people are, you know.
Some are afraid of terrorism, others are afraid of starving, or flunking out of school, or parents, or losing their jobs.
There are so many things to be afraid of today it’s unreal!
We do live in an unstable world, so its understandable.
Some time ago, I went to church when a friend of mine, Bob Seller, asked me to.
After the service, I went to the altar.
I asked Jesus to forgive me for all my sins, and then asked Him to come live in my heart, and be my Lord.
The problems didn’t go away - but I had peace where there had been fear.
Now whenever I have fears, I go to Jesus and tell Him about them, and I feel better afterwards. Oh, I still have problems, but they are nothing He can’t handle.
He’s a miracle worker.
