Brittany Bites Back
Ashton Kutcher’s former flame, Brittany Murphy, recently made some very personal critiques of him on The Late Show with David Letterman.
Murphy appeared on the David Letterman show recently and was asked about her ex’s relationship with older woman Demi Moore. Murphy replied, "I suppose the crux of their relationship basically means to him that age doesn’t matter and to her that size doesn’t matter. Going good for him, I suppose." Ouch, that must sting! Kutcher, who is on top of the world right now, will surely have a response to that one. It’s fine for the Punk’d star to "punk" most of Hollywood, but can the prankster take a joke like that?
Murphy tried to backtrack after the Letterman audience erupted into shocked laughter. She insisted that she was teasing and added, "They’re great and he’s great. Just not for me. I’m sorry." Well, if what she said is true about his endowment, it didn’t seem to matter much to her while the pair was constantly draped over one another every chance they got. The couple met over a year ago on the set of their comedy Just Married, and went public in October. Their romance was very visible and they were constantly pawing each other.
The two broke up about five months ago with no reason given. There were reports that Kutcher did the breaking up and Murphy was none too happy about it. Kutcher, who some say has gotten a bit of an ego, has been romancing Moore for the past few months. Maybe Murphy made the comment out of jealousy. Hopefully she learned her lesson and will be able to keep her mouth shut in the future. She told Letterman she’d "learned not to speak about relationships on TV." True or not, it is not cool to diss your ex on national television.
