Stress.

No more doubts but stress is our integral part of life. We are leading more stressful lives than our fathers and grandfathers. Is the present day urban stress inflicting more harms than the old-fashioned villages?

Life is a spoonful of desire, when we think for winning or losing, our desire become undesirable outcome. Stress is an ocean of negative thoughts.

Our environment changes, crowding as potential source, than comes noise, very noisy condition. And our organizational stress we feel because of our task, demands, and structure, administrative policies and our working conditions.

Mary Keenan comments that, " I have always thought of stress as being a bit airy-fairy-a kind of weakness that you don’t admit to. Also it can be seen as a sign of hard work and diligence.

If we count then there are many sources of work stress: Time lines, lack of clear direction, workloads conflicts, and decisions overturned, communication, money, and co-operation.

We weep in sorrow or joy, laugh in pain or pleasure and feel sick in revulsion - these are signs of stress modest under social compliance. High blood pressure and cholesterol levels, anger, depression, nervousness, boredom are physical and psychological problems of our stress while such kind of our behavior, overeating, sleeplessness, increased smoking and drinking.

So we need to define the cause of stress first. If you want to know the reason of stress of your employee you have to behave in similar way. Sharpen up your listening and observation skills.

We have to learn to deal with stress.

You want stress, tension and therefore depression follows you. But if you have a positive disposition, stress will stay way.

Whenever we feel the strain, we have longer sessions, when we do some particular de-stressing yoga sans. We can also read some books, something light. And listen to soothing music to calm down.

Regular light exercise like walking, cycling or swimming is said to help. Yoga lowers stress. Reducing stress is to purposely allocate more time to various activities than they might appear to require. Learn to drop acquaintances that are again and again frustrating. Learn to be calm, to ‘shut down’ when the need occur and you will find life far less stressful than before.

We are in a competitive world and there will be moments of anxiety ad heartburn. One has to know to deal with such situations and take care of oneself, be it through yoga, meditation, reading books or simply starting at the maximum amount.

Well as human being it is difficult to stay away from stress. Because we like it to spell out it most of the times.
