Jennifer Aniston Denies Engagement
It has been reported that Vince Vaughn has proposed to girlfriend Jennifer Aniston, a rumor that her rep has denied.

A source close to the couple has reported that the couple, who just a few weeks ago were reportedly broken up, has gotten engaged. The source reportedly said, "They're engaged! Vince almost cries whenever he tells the story of the proposal." US Magazine first reported the alleged engagement. Vaughn is rumored to have popped the big question on June 27. The couple was reportedly returning from a nine-day trip at Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis' Puerto Vallarta, Mexico spread. Vaughn reportedly got down on one knee while aboard a private plane heading back to Los Angeles.
The source reported that Vaughn was going to propose while on vacation, but was too nervous. The source said, "He was going to propose on the beach during the trip, but he chickened out because he wasn't sure if she would accept. But he knew he was leaving town [to film Into the Wild] for a while, so he just felt he had to ask her before they landed." It has been reported that she said yes. Aniston's rep, Stephen Huvane, has denied the engagement rumors. Huvane said, "US magazine is wrong. They are not engaged." US magazine stands behind their story.
Just recently there was talk that Aniston and Vaughn had called it quits on their relationship. A source close to Aniston claims that she is "second-guessing" her relationship with Vaughn. The source claims that she "still hasn't gotten over Brad." When she and Vaughn first were reported to be a couple it was rumored that she was just reeling from her split with Pitt and was on the rebound. There has been no word from Vaughn's camp on the status of his relationship with Aniston.
