It has been reported that less than two weeks after Aaron Spelling passed away his widow has placed their home up for sale.

Candy Spelling, has allegedly placed the home on the market for a mere $150 million. It was reported that Westside Estate Agency (WEA) has been given a "pocket listing" for the mansion and is "quietly" showing the property. Candy’s people reportedly contacted WEA looking for a buyer interested in spending anywhere from 100 to 200 million on a mansion. WEA will handle the sale of the house, also known as The Manor, which is 56,000 square feet and located in the Holmby Hills portion of Los Angeles.

Candy is allegedly going to close down the house so that it can be shown to prospective buyers. She has reportedly already let more than half of the staff go. Candy and her "friend" Mark Nathanson have reportedly bought a home and are planning to move into it. A source reportedly said, "Six months before Aaron’s death, they bought a house [in L.A.’s Century City] and planned to move in after he passed." Candy denies reports of an affair, despite the fact that she and Nathanson have allegedly spent many a weekend vacationing in Malibu and Las Vegas.

Daughter Tori blames her mother’s relationship with Nathanson for their family feud. The younger Spelling said in an interview shortly after her father’s death, "My Mom’s behavior simply made me uncomfortable to be around my family." She is reportedly referring to the fact that she is upset with her mother for "spending time" with a family friend while her father’s health was on the decline. Tori and her father made amends before he passed away, but it has been reported that relations between the former Beverly Hills 90210 star and her mother remain strained with no sign of them patching things up. Should be interesting to see how the feud plays out!
