Friends are the siblings God forgot to give us.

To whom shall I call a friend? Well, I have a simple answer. We realize the importance of friend, when we are away from him or her. We miss a friend in absence.

Other simple words to name a friend…

F –Feel affection for…
R - Remain side by side…
I - Impossible to forget…
E – Eternal trust…
N – Never so far…
D - Difficult to leave…
S - Sunshine of life…

Feel affection for… Friendship does not require words. You start feeling waves of affections and emotions touching your heart. It is truly unconditional love. No need not to listen or believe in words. Let your heart feel warmth of friendliness! "We cannot tell the precise moment when friendship is formed. As in filling a vessel drop by drop, there is at last a drop which makes it run over; so in a series of kindnesses there is at last one which makes the heart run over" says Samuel.

Remain side by side… "Just walk beside me and be my friend," said Camus. True friendship is, when two friends can walk in opposite directions, yet remain side by side. Care is the ingredient that keeps true friendships alive despite separation, distance, or time. Care gives latitude to another person and gets you past the dislikes and annoyances. Quite simply, caring sustains love. When you have no light to guide you and no one to walk beside you, Friend comes to you. When the night is dark and stormy, you won't have to reach out for me, Friend will be with you.

Impossible to forget… Your heart believes in. True friendship is seen through the heart not through the Eyes. A friend is someone who knows the song in your heart and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words.

Eternal trust… Friend’s heart is full of emotions and trust for you. You need not to explain yourself when you are with your friend. Your friends don’t need it. Friendship is brought into being with an eternal trust. It is one step ahead then love. You blindly trust just to take a chance whether your god is yours!

Never so far… A friend is one who strengthens you with prayers, blesses you with love and encourages you with hope. You do not need any reason to meet friend. I usually speak out a quote said by great philosopher " I need a home where I can go without reasons". Well I do say, " I need a friend’s home. " Your friend is never so far from you. No distance can hold your true friend far away from you.
Difficult to leave… "Could we see when and where we are to meet again, we would be more tender when we bid our friends good-bye" said Marie Louise De La Ramee. You simply avoid saying bye to your friend. Although your friend is never far from you, you shun it.

Sunshine of life… James Allen says, " In the sweetness of friendship let there be laughter, for in the dew of little things the heart finds its morning and is refreshed." A real friend is someone who you can sit in complete silence with and still walk away feeling like you just had the best conversation of your life. "A friend is a present you give yourself," says Robert Louis.

Isn’t it quite enough to mean a true friend. Well let me greet lines by ‘Robert Alan’ to my friend whom I love most!
