According to reports, District Court Judge Mark Fratarcangeli signed a warrant on Monday charging Kim Mathers with possession of up to 25 grams of cocaine, driving with a suspended license and unsafe driving near a stopped emergency vehicle. The arrest occurred when police stopped Mathers at 2:30am and found two "baggies" containing what the court spokesperson said was "less than 25 grams" of cocaine.

This is not Mather’s first run-in with the law. She was arrested in July 2001 on felony cocaine possession, but the charges were later dropped. Kimberly and Eminem, aka Marshall Mathers III, were married in June of 1999 and Em filed for divorce in August 2000, a month after Kimberly attempted suicide. The volatile couple eventually reconciled on behalf of their daughter Hailie Jade. They split again and were divorced in October 2001. But these crazy kids can’t seem to get enough of one another and recently reconciled, despite the fact that Kim now has a baby with another man.

On again off again, on again off again, on again…and alas off again. The recent rumors on the street are that the two had officially called it quits prior to Kim’s arrest. It seems their relationship rivals that of her alleged addiction to cocaine. It ain’t good for you, but you can’t stay away from it… One has to wonder whether Em’s violent lyrics about his wife’s murder may have led her down the wrong path or if their twisted relationship will ever truly end.
