Justin Henin-hardenne v Serena Williams
1pm update: It's still raining at Wimbledon. Meanwhile your emails, like Phillippoussis's aces against Agassi, are flying in thick and fast. "I can't claim to be an authority on internet romancing, but email just doesn't seem to be romantic to me," says Tim Bradshaw. "Or does...

It's still raining at Wimbledon. Meanwhile your emails, like Phillippoussis's aces against Agassi, are flying in thick and fast. "I can't claim to be an authority on internet romancing, but email just doesn't seem to be romantic to me," says Tim Bradshaw. "Or does this make me hopelessly old-fashioned?"
"By the way, my office in Bloomsbury is pleasant enough, but I can see why there's no play yet, it's tipping down," he adds. Does anyone work in a nice office?
12.45pm update:
Still no sign of play, alas. But we have had this from Matt Warner, who's sitting in a horrible office in an industrial town in Holland. "Been having a bit of lady trouble recently - any tips for wooing via the medium of email?" he asks. "Looking for a way to guarantee a response." Not my forte, Matt - I'm an old-fashioned type, myself - can anyone else help?
RAIN HAS DELAYED PLAY
Pre-amble:
Just as with Oasis's Be Here Now, expectations (like the Gallagher brothers at the time) are sky-high ahead of this semi-final. And with good reason: last month the pair fought a humdinger of a match at the French Open - a match which Serena looked like winning until the brutual Parisian crowd got on her back and Henin's classic backhand found her range. Williams has vowed revenge today. Will she get it? Either way, let's hope it's not as horribly bloated as Oasis's 1997effort - although judging by the weather at SW19, it's probably not wise to get our hopes up.
Incidentally, my colleague Scott Murray reckons Henin-Hardenne bares an uncanny resemblance to both Juninho and David Duval. I'm saying nothing...
