Tara Reid: Lindsay’s Bad Influence?

A source close to Lohan says that her mom, Dina, has reportedly discouraged the ever-burgeoning friendship between her 18-year old daughter and Hollywood’s notorious party girl, Tara Reid. The source said, "Lindsay’s mom thinks Tara is too much of a party girl. Lindsay’s mom even said that Tara told her, ‘Don’t ever let her be like me.’"

Despite the tension Reid and Lohan’s relationship causes between Lohan and her mother, Lohan refuses to stop being friends with her. The source says that she won’t end their friendship because "she feels bad for Tara." That is a great basis for a friendship! In reality, though, Lindsay seems to be enjoying her partying ways and Tara just might be the perfect party coach!

Since turning 18, Lohan has become more and more prevalent on the club scene. Her romance with That 70’s Show’s Wilmer Valderrama is in full bloom after months of denial over the fact that she was underage when they began dating. She has been spotted at numerous L.A. nightclubs and has admitted that her favorite drink is vodka and cranberry. She can play innocent, but it seems that Lindsay’s mom may not have to worry so much about the influence Tara Reid has on her daughter…Lindsay seems to be holding her own in the partying department. The little girl from The Parent Trap seems to have grown up and is enjoying all the perks of stardom. Does it really matter that she is only 18?
