A Sister Plea

Dealing with death of my sister…
You left me before I had a chance
to lend my helping hand
before I could ask why
before I even knew why

All I had in this life was you
someone to drive me to school
hang on the weekends and just be kool
everytime I was with you
I felt wanted to just love on you

You picked me up off the floor
after I got that call
the man I longed for
the one that my kid called dad
she will miss both of you, no doubt

I cried that day for the first time in years
after my father died
you when down hill
this could be the last thing I say to you
So watch over my scar young body
and Sklyer's young soul too!
