Colin Farrell Stalked

Farrell was taping yesterday’s show when a woman from the audience walked on stage and approached the star. According to audience member Molly Mattaini, "She said something to Colin Farrell that no one heard, then he took her by the elbow, led her off stage, asked the cameramen to turn off their cameras and asked for security." Turns out the woman was Dessarae Bradford, a former phone sex operator who recently tried unsuccessfully to sue the actor for $5,000. She claimed the actor stalked her by telephone and by text messaging.

Farrell reportedly led Bradford to security who declined to press charges, but ordered her not to return to NBC studios or she would be arrested for trespassing. Bradford told Farrell, "Ill see you in court." Farrell replied, "You’re insane." Once Bradford was off the stage, Farrell returned to his chair and exclaimed, "My first stalker." Leno replied, "Welcome to celebrity." The incident was edited out of Thursday night’s broadcast and Farrell later showed up at the Miami Vice premiere.

In December, Bradford sued the actor claiming that his incessant phone calls and text messages caused her "mental anguish" and left her feeling "degraded." The suit was tossed by a Santa Monica judge after Farrell’s lawyers argued that the actor had never even met Bradford. Reportedly, she made a similar claim against actor Alec Baldwin some few years before. Bradford has written a tell-all book about her alleged relationship with the Irish actor titled Colin Farrell: A Dark Twisted Puppy.
