Smile For the Camera
People often put on a happy face when other people are around so that they don't upset the people around them, or to just keep it a secret that they are feeling down, so I wrote a poem about it…
in the darkness
a door opens
in pours light
and with
that light
comes your
friends
your tears
vanish
replaced
with smiles
and laughter
they leave
darkness
once again
tears
for there is
no happiness
within you
