Charlie Sheen Restrained Again

A court ordered restraining order has been in effect since April when Sheen filed for joint custody and Richards filed her own papers alleging that Sheen was abusive physically and verbally, has an addiction to prescription drugs, pornography, and gambling. She is seeking sole custody. This is the second time the restraining order has been extended. Sheen must remain 300 feet from his wife and two daughters at all times, except for his once a week supervised visit with 2-year old Sam and 1-year old Lola.

Richards originally filed for divorce in March 2005 while 6-months pregnant with the couple’s second daughter. They briefly tried to reconcile in the fall, but decided to proceed with the divorce in January. Sheen has claimed Richards is involved in a "smear campaign" and has denied all of her allegations calling them "false." The couple has yet to appear in court. Their lawyers have been handling their court appearances. The latest restraining order goes through August 14 and then it is suspected that the two will have to appear face to face in court.

Both Richards, 35, and Sheen, 40, have moved onto new love interests. Richards caught a lot of flak for romancing her former friend Heather Locklear’s former hubby Richie Sambora. All reports are that Richards and Sambora are still going strong. Sheen has recently been involved with real-estate investor Brooke Mueller. Richards has also reportedly bought a new home in Los Angeles and has put her Westlake Village home on the market for $4.3 million. The house is located pretty much right next door to the house that Locklear shared with Sambora. Probably a good choice to move!
