Naomi Campbell Sued…Again

Another former employee filed suit Thursday in Manhattan Superior Court claiming the supermodel abused her. Amanda Brack, a former assistant, claims Campbell verbally, physically, and emotionally attacked her. Brack, 20, was hired in February 2005 and reportedly worked for the model until July of the same year. Her lawyer reportedly said, "On at least four occasions, Campbell assaulted and abused my client." According to the lawsuit, Brack is allegedly seeking "unspecified damages" for "assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, reckless infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment."

The suit alleges that Campbell hit Brack in the face with her Blackberry, slammed her against a wall, and slapped her across the face numerous times because a piece of her luggage was left behind during a trip to Brazil. Another sited in the lawsuit was that while on location in Morocco, Campbell allegedly became enraged after discovering an item of clothing was forgotten and reportedly left Brack stranded in Morocco with no money, allegedly tore up her passport and threw it into a pool, and left her to pay the hotel bill. She also allegedly threw a phone at Brack’s face and tore a sweater off Brack’s body and accused her of stealing it.

This is not the first time an employee has accused Campbell of abuse. Campbell pleaded guilty in 2000 for assaulting a former assistant. In March 2006, Campbell’s housekeeper Ana Scolavino filed charges against the model claiming she suffered a head injury after Campbell threw her cell phone at her head. In June, Gaby Gibson, another maid filed a civil lawsuit against Campbell after she was allegedly struck in the head by the model. Ok, people need to work, but who would work for this person after all the stories about her monstrous temper?
