Today, people are working hard round the clock to improve the standard of living, giving importance to time, they have thrown themselves in the race of earning more money, maintain social status, thereby bowing themselves to stress and sleepless nights.
Insomnia is an inability to sleep adequately. It varies in patterns and degree right from mild to severe type of insomnia, sometimes it is divided into primary insomnia and secondary insomnia. Insomnia can be short time or long time depending upon the frequency and duration the patient suffers from it. There are various reasons/causes of Insomnia, which include poor sleeping conditions, circulatory or brain disorders, breathing disorder known as apnea, psychosomatic disorders such as tension from various bits of life, or other physical and mental distress, any other illness which is causing trouble etc.
Among all, tension is a major factor because of which people suffer from Insomnia. People set ambitious goals which when they fail to achieve getting frustrated they loose peace of mind, dispute in relations (like misunderstanding, jealousy etc.), social status, unknown (or known) disease and its impact on life, insecure feelings because of which stress increases, etc. are some factors causing tension.
