Denise Richards Moves Out

The Los Angeles area home was reportedly put on the market for $4.3 million. The house is actually located in the Westlake Village area and is right next door to the house Heather Locklear shared with her estranged husband Richie Sambora. For those of you who have been living under a rock for the past few months – Locklear and Richards used to be bestest buds and now Richards is dating Sambora. What is the old saying? With friends like that…

Richards has defended her decision to date Sambora by saying that her relationship with Locklear was irreparably damaged and that they were never best friends. She has said in an interview, "You know you can’t help who you fall for and that friendship, unfortunately, was done and wasn’t salvageable." She has used that excuse before but there has been no real reason given for exactly why her relationship ended with Locklear.

Richards and Sambora were "caught" kissing and holding hands by photogs in early April. Richards and her husband of almost three years, Charlie Sheen, are in the middle of a very ugly divorce and custody battle. Richards is reportedly asking for full custody of the couple’s daughters Sam, 2, and Lola, 2; upwards of $100,000 a month in child support, and part of his Screen Actor’s Guild pension. Sheen is seeking joint custody and the two are reportedly set to face off in court next month to continue trying to hash out the details of their divorce. Richards has reportedly already purchased a new home in Los Angeles.
