What Good?

I miss my daddy and everyday I smile but every night I cry…
What good is tomorrow when the one you love is gone
What good are all the tears I cry if life still must go on
What good are all the words if you did not hear me say
What good is all my love if it could not make you stay
What is coming home
To see an empty chair
What good is sitting by the fire
When you're no longer sitting there
What good is a picture
When I need to hear your voice
What good was all the hope we had
If we never had the choice
What good was all the time we had if I never said goodbye

What good is life without you!
