It seems to be amusing that we content writers in India use the word ‘content’ when we choose to write for various websites. But ironically majority of the writers won’t be honest to their writings. With the advent of internet a sudden boom in writers was noticed but somehow they died its own death. It doesn’t mean there are no content writers working out here in fact 90% of writing work is outsourced to India itself. Reason two, one is the cheap writers and second more writers.

Talking about content writing initially it was the most lucrative and popular job in India. But with the passing time the scenario has completely changed. The sad part is that majority of the writers simply do copy/paste work. Delving into my past when I decided to choose this line I became focal point of every joke. My friends told me that just to avoid hard work you’re choosing this line. According to them it was a job like being ‘khadi-dressed’ with a poignant look to my facade. But despite all odds and comments I firmly stood on my decision and decided to enter in the content writing.

And it won’t be wrong to say that content writing has got a new face with young’uns coming in this field. I am proud to call myself as a good content writer, as not only me but all the content writers working in India have woven magic for the web, brochures, company profiles, the list is endless. This is the reason why majority of the content writing work is outsourced to India only. Now writing has become a passion for content writer and none of them ever thought, they’ll be earning because of their writings. But this is happening. However, there are few points which require limelight. Heads of various websites should understand that a writer is a creative head. But by and large that creative head is a muddled head.

Thus, if by any means you’re a pressurizing the content writer to write as per the stipulated time zone, then you are in for recycled content. Always remember that dealing with writers is like dealing with your own money. If you’re spending it wisely then you’ll always get the original content. Thus, you treat us like we are damned in working for you and what you get is content that only looks good thanks to your web designer that wove magic through words. Furthermore, if you want content writers to work meticulously for you, then make them feel special and also add in the surprise touch for incentives.
