When I was a child, whenever I went for walk with my grandfather in the morning and in the evening I had never realized the benefit of walking. It’s been good time and I really enjoyed it. But at present my grandfather still keeps walking, he goes for either library or market, and I always use my vehicle to go for anywhere. And I must say that at the age of above eighty he is still healthy person in his life, but think that what will be my future? So, good health means not only eat healthy food but I also need to do one simple exercise. Yes it is very simple and easy exercise for me and it is to walk.
I have many time visit the gardens in my city, but I note one thing that it is not just garden, where net and clean air, fragrance of flowers and chirping of birds, and also not only for children to play there but also to walk. Yes I am talking about jogger’s parks.
I want to get healthy, I know I need to do exercise, but I cannot do all vigorous exercise, but I think walking is the best for me. If I walk for half an hour daily it will be good enough for my health. I know I may not get all the benefits in starting but it will help me to preventing illness over the long term. But now whenever I walk I get new energy, so that I love walking, because before that I was always tired. My father says that walking is good for digestion and it also increase your hunger. I need to take care for walking is proper footwear, walking techniques, age limitation, speed of walking, weather for walking, best places for walking well dressing, and also, my walking time-table.
