Yoga - Internal Integration

Have you ever thought of paths of spiritual discipline intended to lead a person to deliverance from ‘samsara ‘(life or world) and the realization of ‘moksha’ (freedom) --i.e., to at-onement with ultimate reality? Yoga is one of such several paths.

"Yoga"
Yoga is an ancient Indian practice, dating back to 2500 BCE, possibly even earlier. It is a scientific system designed to bring the practitioners health, happiness, and a greater sense of Self.

In Yoga, the body and mind are linked to create a state of internal peacefulness and integration, bringing the individual from a state of separation to a self-unity that is flexible, accepting and whole.

At the practical level, and included in the contemporary definitions of Yoga, are the actual physiological/mental techniques themselves. These techniques concentrate on posture and alignment, as well as creating a higher consciousness. Yoga utilizes stretching postures, breathing, and meditation techniques to calm the emotional state and the mind, and tone the body.

In short, Yoga is the sciences, including anatomy; physiology, neurology, psychology and others by the practice of which man finally reaches the state of absolute control over his self.

Shri Yogendraji says, "Yoga helps to unveil the psychic possibilities that are latent in every man, not by a methodical process of conscious and disciplined evolution."

Yoga helps you to manage your mind and your emotions by its practical and action oriented approach, which will help you to coping with problems and to achieve your personal growth. Yoga helps you to increase your strength, and it will give youth peace of mind.

Many problems are there with our self, such as like our fear or phobia related our habit formation, which lead to anger, envy, jealousy, hatred or our frustration because of our all of negative approaches, and problems we will become failure. At this situation Yoga offers you the approach to deal with such negative emotions.

Once we find him we ask, "What is the meaning of life?" or "How do we achieve peace in ourselves and our lives?" This’ll-knowing man tells us the answers are "inside ourselves" and tells us to go and contemplate. Meditation is an exercise, aiming to prevent thoughts in a natural way, by deeply relaxing the physical body and then trying to keep the mind completely "blank" with no thoughts whatsoever.

The practical effort to focus completely on our breathing takes our minds away from the "mind clutter" that constantly tries to invade our mind and eliminate feelings that will lead to a time of calm. The result is, peace, serenity, and calmness, eventually opening you to new insights.

"Yoga leads person towards more understanding, insight, concentration, self-control; and lastly self- realization" says Hella Naura. Yoga improves you health, strength and you feel freedom from your pain. Yoga involves your body, mind, breathing, exercise, habits, your attitudes, life-style and diet too.

"He whom this earth can withstand the storms of desire and anger, he is a Yogi, he is happy man."

Yoga is system of an efficient management of anyone’s personality as a whole, which is related with mind. Yoga requires self-control self- discipline, concentration, involves the entire body. During meditation blood lactate levels decreased at a rate four times faster than threat of decrease in non-meditates resting lying on their backs or in them editors themselves in pre-meditation resting.

Concentrative meditation focuses the attention on the breath, animate, or a sound (mantra), in order to still the mind and allow a greater awareness and clarity to emerge. This is like a zoom lens in a camera; we narrow our focus to a selected field. Mindfulness meditation, according to Dr. Bory senko, "involves opening the attention to become aware of the continuously passing parade of sensations and feelings, images, thoughts, sounds, smells, and so forth without becoming involved in thinking about them."

One person says that when he is doing meditation, he can see lots of colors, which he has never seen in his life. From where do these colors come? The color in there in yourself, the fragrance is in you, the light in you these all things shine when you’re each to the limit of your sense world. At that time you will feel touch and which will create new world.

" He who sees me everywhere and sees everything in me, is never separated from me nor from him. He who in his oneness worships me, who abides in all beings, that Yogi lives in me."

Meditation is the truth. It is the fact of life. There are two truths in life. One is that you read and the other is you suffer or enjoy. In today’s life the truth, which you suffer, will be with you. You suffer, you experience. , You see, and than you realize, and you know that what is there and what is not there. The person who does meditation can feel the joy of world.

We have two strengths. One is knowledge and the second is sensation. Sensation of test, skins, and touches. The knowledge is different from sensation so that only know and only see. This is knowledge by which we can know something. Real know ledger believe only to know not in sensation. if you want to successes in life need to do meditation.

What I believe is : Yoga is nothing but your internal conversation. As Buddha said "The mind is everything; what you think, you become." Yoga is your internal will power. Meditation might be a technique to search you.
