Elizabeth Hurley: Stephen Bing Father of Hurley’s Baby

After months of speculation, it was confirmed Wednesday that real estate heir Stephen Bing is in fact the father of Elizabeth Hurley’s baby, Damian Charles. Attorneys for Bing and Hurley were presented with DNA evidence in a London court. Neither Hurley nor Bing was present in the courtroom.

Hurley and Bing met in 2000, shortly after her split from long time love, Hugh Grant. The pair was linked until she announced her pregnancy in late 2001. Bing surprised everyone, most of all Hurley, by alluding to the fact that he may not be the father due to the fact that they were not in a committed relationship during the time she became pregnant. This sparked a tabloid drama with speculation about who, if not Bing, fathered Hurley’s child. Hurley’s ex, Hugh Grant, was a possibility as was Matthew Perry. Hurley was reportedly distraught and said, "I was completely loyal and faithful to Stephen throughout this time as, indeed, he assured me he was to me." Now the real fun begins, as Hurley and Bing will have to come to terms on what Bing’s role should be in the life of their son.

Bing is currently involved in another paternity war. MGM owner Kirk Kerkorian has refused to pay the $320,000 a month in child support for the daughter of his ex, tennis pro Lisa Bonder. Kerkorian claims Bing fathered the four-year-old. Bonder finally admitted Kerkorian was not the father, but declines to name who is. Bing has since filed his own lawsuit against Kerkorian, a $1 million invasion-of-privacy suit, based on the fact that he claims Kerkorian had people dig through his trash for dental floss that could be DNA tested to prove Bing’s paternity. It’s called safe sex, Steve. You should look into it…it’s much cheaper than going to court.
