Nicole Kidman & Keith Urban: Pre-Nup!

It was reported that Kidman did not want a pre-nup, but her money handlers were adamant that she has one. Said a source close to Kidman, "Nicole did not want to force Keith to sign anything as she is convinced that they really will last, but her advisers were quite strict on the issue. The good news for Nicole was that Keith agreed immediately … Like her, he can’t see them breaking up but he can understand why her earnings have to be protected."

The pre-nup allegedly nets Urban about $640,000 for every year that he is with Kidman. There is reportedly a clause in the pre-nup that states if Urban, a former cocaine addict, uses illegal drugs he will not receive a cent of Kidman’s fortune that is estimated at around $150 million. The agreement also states that if the couple has any children together that they are to have joint custody. And as for those rumors that Kidman is already expecting a little Urban her camp says it isn’t so. Her rep recently said, "She’s not pregnant…Believe me on this one: She is religious, and that would never do."

The couple is allegedly tying the knot Sunday afternoon at a Catholic Church in a suburb of Sydney called Manly. It has been reported that Kidman’s children with ex-husband Tom Cruise, Isabella, 13, and Connor, 11, arrived Down Under on Thursday afternoon and are set to take part in the wedding. There are a reported 200 guests that are expected to attend the festivities including Russell Crowe, Renee Zellweger, Naomi Watts, and Hugh Jackman. Guests have reportedly already started arriving in preparation for the big day. No word yet which designer won the honor of making Kidman’s dress or what Urban will wear, but it has been reported that the country crooner is set to serenade his new bride with a few love songs.
