Heather Locklear & David Spade Friends?

Some sources say that Locklear and Spade are romantically involved while others claim that they are just friends. Neither Locklear nor Spade has released an official statement about their relationship despite having been joined at the hip for the past few months. The two were spotted last Wednesday at Jones, a West Hollywood restaurant, looking like more than friends. A source said of the two, "They were kissing like a couple of teens."

A friend of Locklear’s reportedly said, "Heather and David were just goofing off, the whole thing was blown out of proportion. They were joking around and hamming it up, and the next thing you know, people are saying they’re together." Uh, wouldn’t that be the logical explanation? The two were first spotted making out in March at an afterparty for Spade’s hit show Showbiz Show. Locklear had just separated from Richie Sambora, her husband of 11-years, a month before.

Locklear split from Sambora after it was reported their already rocky marriage hit an all time low after she allegedly found racy photos and love notes from his former assistant. Locklear cried foul and Sambora denied all the allegations. Shortley after the split it was rumored that Locklear was seeing Spade. The next blow came from Sambora who began dating Locklear’s ex-BFF, Denise Richards. Locklear was reportedly devastated and Richards claimed their friendship was destroyed beyond repair. A source close to Locklear has said that Spade has been there for the Melrose Place actress during her difficult times and said, "He’s been a good friend to her."
