Justin Timberlake Single Again?

Timberlake reportedly kicked Diaz to the curb because he is getting ready to head off for a world tour and wants to be free to experience the single life. He is set to begin a promotional tour overseas for his latest CD FutureSex/LoveSounds. Sources say that Diaz was too "possessive" and "clingy." It was reported that Timberlake and some friends went to Las Vegas for a "boys weekend" recently and Diaz allegedly "went chasing after him. She was just too clingy."

Diaz, 33, and Timberlake, 24, met in April 2003 at the Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards and then headed off to dance at a Los Angeles hotspot. A few days after that, they partied together at the burlesque club Forty Deuce. They began dating later that year and have been together ever since. Just last year there were rumors that Diaz and Timberlake were ready to tie the knot, but apparently that isn’t the case. Diaz was formerly engaged to actor Jared Leto and Timberlake most famously dated Britney Spears.

Timberlake’s latest CD is a follow-up to his 2002 album Justified which sold seven million copies and proved he could make it as a solo artist without his band N’Sync. His latest effort is slated to hit stores on September 12 and his first single SexyBack will reportedly be released on July 7. He is set to begin a North American club tour this August.
