~Alone in Darkness~
Salvation through love...
alone she stands
the quiet consuming
the pain tearing
her heart breaking
fear is eminent
hurt as well
the salty tears
ever flowing
black smears around her eyes
a pale hand
reaches out in the darkness
searching
hoping
praying
then another hand
slowly grasps hers
from darkness he comes
calming her fears
taking her into the light
