Denise Richards and Richie Sambora Engaged?

A source has reportedly revealed the wedding news saying, "Richie and Denise are defying the naysayers and setting up arrangements for a wedding early next year when they are free of their bonds." The source went on to say, "This is a serious romance - not two boomerangers. They feel destined to be together forever." Rumor has it that they are planning a small ceremony at Richards' new home.

Seems pretty bold to plan a wedding so soon…especially since both Sambora and Richards are currently in the process of divorcing their current spouses. Sambora and Richards met while he was still very married to actress Heather Locklear. Richards was happily married to Charlie Sheen. And Richards and Locklear were best friends. Now it is a whole new story. Richards and Sheen are embroiled in a nasty custody battle, Locklear and Richards are bitter enemies, Locklear is allegedly dating David Spade, and Sambora and Richards are playing kissy face.

In February it was announced that Locklear filed for divorce from Sambora after 11 years of marriage and one child - daughter Ava. Her "friend" Richards was already involved in a messy split from her hubby of almost three years and daddy to their two children Sam, 2, and Lola, 11 months. In late April, Richards and Sambora were spotted together looking like more than friends. Their relationship has allegedly blossomed so much that Richards has even joined Sambora on tour with his band Bon Jovi. Some believe that they are a match made in heaven since they have both been through similar situations, but there are others that believe the whole relationship is a joke. Who knows? In Hollywood "true love" seems to be something that only exists on the big screen or between the pages of a romance novel.
