Paris Hilton Engaged

It has been confirmed that hotel heiress Paris Hilton and her shipping heir beau Paris Latsis are engaged. Reportedly, Latsis popped the question to Hilton last Wednesday after she returned from three weeks of promoting her new fragrance and her horror flick House of Wax. It has been reported that Latsis offered Hilton 15 different rings to choose from, but there has been no official word on which ring she chose. Hilton’s spokesman, Rob Shuter, said, "They are happy and excited." This will be the first marriage for both.

Hilton was quoted as saying of Latsis, "I’m so in love and grateful to have found such an honest and loyal person. I feel like we were meant to be, and I’m happy to have found someone to spend the rest of my life with." Latsis, 27, called Hilton, 24, "the most beautiful woman I’ve ever met" and said, "I feel like the luckiest man in the world." The couple has been dating about eight-months. To celebrate their engagement, they threw a party for 75 of their closest friends and relatives over the weekend at their Hollywood Hills home.

Said Hilton, "I want to have kids in the next two years, because I know that completes your life." Allegedly, she has said she would like to have a daughter named Paris and that she may name her son London. Seriously, how many people named Paris does one family need? No date has been set for the wedding. Here’s hoping that she can outlast sister Nicky’s marriage.
