Solitude

Sometimes we cry out and no one hears... we cry out in solitude.
I live this life in solitude,

Clinging to the shadows in desperation.

I shout, "go away, come closer."

I cry out, "touch me not, hold me."

Living among the cobwebs,

In silent contemplation

Of all that has gone before.
