Julia Roberts Single Again?
Rumor has it that Julia Roberts and her new love interest, cameraman Danny Moder are headed for splitsville due in part to his family’s meddling.
It seems that Moder’s family was not impressed with Julia after she made reference to boyfriend Danny’s estranged wife, Vera. America’s Sweetheart, Roberts, was seen boldly wearing a tee shirt that read A Low Vera, a word play on Aloe Vera. It has been rumored that Vera Moder has not been in a hurry to complete the divorce proceedings. Moder recently filed for divorce and listed his date of separation as September 7th. Roberts and Moder went public with their relationship in August and have been inseparable ever since.
Sources say that a June wedding was planned, but recently it was reported that Roberts kicked Moder out of their house after a fight about his family. Apparently, Moder’s family stated that they would not attend the wedding, which upset Julia very much. Supposedly, she went into a rage about his wife, Vera, and his family causing a rift in their relationship.
Julia has a history of love ‘em and leave ‘em relationships. She has been linked to the likes of Dylan McDermott, Kiefer Sutherland (they were engaged to be married), and Jason Patric. Julia then stunned the nation by marrying country star Lyle Lovett. No one was surprised when they split. Her relationship with Benjamin Bratt seemed destined to make it. He seemed to be the one who would go the distance until they abruptly split and he began seeing actress Talisa Soto, whom he married on April 13th. It was reported that Bratt wanted to start a family, but Roberts was not ready for that.
