Kristin Cavallari Slams Jessica Simpson

It has been reported that Cavallari has called Simpson "delusional" and has labeled her "pathetic" and a "bad actress." One of Cavallari’s friends said, "Kristin thinks Jessica’s pathetic. She says that Jessica is delusional for wearing her wedding band on a chain around her neck like she is in high school or something." Cavallari and Simpson have been at odds since the Laguna Beach star reportedly had a fling with the singer’s estranged hubby Nick Lachey.

Sources say that Cavallari, 19, and Lachey, 32, dated for only about a month in December 2005 right after Simpson filed for divorce. The relationship was very casual but sources say that she fell hard for the former boy bander and is jealous of Simpson. A source said, "It was nothing more that a rebound romance for Nick. But Kristin fell hard for him. She obviously still has a soft spot and some bitter, unresolved feelings for Jessica." The source also said that according to Cavallari, "Nick finally realized that Jessica was never his true love and he’ll never take her back." Seems like Cavallari needs to let it go and move on.

In other Cavallari news, it is being rumored that she is being considered for Simpson’s role of Daisy Duke in a Dukes of Hazzard prequel. Bill Gerber, the producer of The Dukes of Hazzard, said he is looking for a whole new cast for the prequel and said of Cavallari, "She’s at the top of the list. I like her innocence and her beauty." So not only has Cavallari coveted Simpson’s hubby she is now in the running to fill Simpson’s cowgirl boots on the big screen.
