When

We have all heard the expression. "If I knew now."
When I am all grown up…
There will be no bills to pay.
A picket fence, painted white,
Shall surround my yard.
Problems, they will never come,
Never dare to darken my door.
My cherries will have no pits,
My feasts never burn or char.
When I am all grown up…
If I knew now, what I thought I knew…
When I am all grown up…
