Tom Sizemore’s Threats
Actor Tom Sizemore was charged last week with hitting, harassing, and threatening his ex-fiancée Heidi Fleiss over the course of a year.
Just a year ago Tom Sizemore and Heidi Fleiss were very public about their relationship and the fact that they wanted to get married and have children. The "lovebirds" broke up last fall and it has been downhill ever since. Sizemore was charged with 16 misdemeanor counts of hitting, harassing, and threatening Fleiss for the past year. The charges occurred only a few days after Sizemore was arrested for allegedly trying to intimidate Fleiss against testifying against him in an unrelated domestic-violence case with a different woman.
Reportedly Sizemore threatened to knock out Fleiss’ teeth, kill her, and harm members of her family. Sizemore painted a different picture through his rep, saying "Fleiss, a convicted felon and prostitution madam, is fixated and obsessed" with Sizemore and "her defamatory charges are a pathetic attempt to ‘get back’ at Mr. Sizemore for ending their relationship." Hmmm…this is not the first time Sizemore has been accused of violence. He was arrested in 1997 on felony spousal abuse charges after he argued with his then-wife, Maeve Quinlan. She refused to press charges against Sizemore. He is facing charges of hitting an unidentified woman in the face last December. He told reporters at his arraignment that he did not know the woman he allegedly assaulted and that the accusations were part of a "shakedown attempt" against him.
It seems Sizemore has an anger management problem. His new show, Robbery Homicide Division, was canceled midseason – only a few days after Sizemore’s arrest. Ok, sure his arrest had nothing to do with the cancellation. Who wouldn’t want a man who allegedly threatens and beats women up as the star of their show? That should really draw the viewers! Sizemore is set to be arraigned on June 6 and he faces up to 13 years if convicted.
