Angelina Jolie Avoids Jennifer Aniston

Aniston has reportedly been upset by the recent allegations that her husband, Brad Pitt, is romancing his Mr. and Mrs. Smith co-star, Jolie. It has been rumored that Pitt and Jolie had become very close during the filming of their movie. The two were allegedly seen kissing at a Los Angeles hotel and were reported to spend a lot of "quality" time together. These reports have led to Aniston becoming increasingly upset by the rumors.

Despite the fact that Pitt and Jolie have strongly denied any type of affair, Jolie opted to stay in her room with son Maddox during Thursday night’s bash. Pitt and Aniston and stars including Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake, and Will Smith partied at the exclusive Hotel Du Cap. A source said of Jolie, "She didn’t want to make anyone feel uncomfortable and thought it best to stay in her suite – and eliminate any chance of bumping into Jennifer."

Hmmm…doesn’t seem like Angelina to be so worried about someone else’s feelings. Either she is very misunderstood or there just may be something to those rumors. Pitt said of the rumors, "Angelina and I were prepared for such stories but it doesn't mean we don't get annoyed when they actually come out." He also said that he and Aniston try and "just stay away from it all." Rumors of marital strife have followed Pitt and Aniston since their July 2000 wedding, but they seem to be going strong. Who knows what will happen in the future, even the ones you are rooting for don’t always make it!
